Tenant Overview & Key Features

A tenant represents a direct client of NextFluent and serves as the primary administrative entity within the AssessFluence application. Tenant accounts are created and provisioned by the NextFluent support team. Users with tenant accounts have administrative privileges and can perform the following actions:

  • Create Assessments and Groups: Design new assessments or group multiple assessments into logical categories.
  • Manage Collections: Establish collections and their respective items, then associate them with specific assessments or assessment groups.
  • Define Subscription Plans: Link assessments or assessment groups to subscription plans tailored to client or organizational needs.
  • Create Entities: Set up organizational units such as customers, departments, teams, or other entities.
  • Assign Subscription Plans: Allocate one or more subscription plans to individual entities for tailored access.
  • Manage Entity Owners: Create and configure owner user accounts for the entities established under the tenant.
  • Review Account Settings: Oversee and update account configurations as necessary.

Tenant accounts empower users to manage their operations efficiently by centralizing administrative tasks and enabling seamless access to the platform's features.
