Plans Overview

Plans are subscription-based offerings that allow tenants to grant or sell access to specific assessmentsassessment groups, and reports to their clients or other organizational units. These plans define the scope of functionality and resources available to the subscribed entities. Tenants have the ability to add new plans tailored to specific needs, ensuring controlled and customized access to their resources.


How to Add a Plan

To add a new subscription plan, tenant users can follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Plans Section:

  • Log into the platform with your tenant account credentials.
  • Go to the Plans module from the navigation menu.

2. Initiate Plan Creation:

  • Click the button labeled "Add New Plan" or similar (e.g., "+" Button or "Create Plan").
  • You will be directed to the plan creation form.

3. Fill in the Plan Metadata:

  • Provide the key metadata for the plan:
    • Plan Name: Enter a unique and descriptive title for the plan.
    • Pricing: Specify the cost associated with the plan. This can be a fixed price or tiered (e.g., monthly, annually).
    • License Quantity: Define the number of licenses/users the plan will cover.
    • Validity/Expiration Period: Indicate the duration for which the plan will remain active (e.g., 1 month, 6 months, 1 year).

4. Link Assessments and Assessment Groups:

  • Select the relevant assessments or assessment groups that will be linked to the plan:
    • This determines what functionalities or resources the subscribed entities will have access to.
    • Multiple assessments/assessment groups can be linked to a single plan as per requirements.

5. Review Plan Details:

  • Once all data is entered, review the information to ensure accuracy.
  • Double-check the linked assessments/groups, pricing, and other plan details.

6. Save and Activate the Plan:

  • Click the "Save" or "Activate" button to finalize the creation of the plan.
  • The plan will now be available for use and visible in your Plans list.
