Acting as database tables, collections allow users to track and measure performance or responses at a granular, item-specific level. 1. View Linked Collections

• Purpose: Provide a structured representation of organizational data that can be linked to assessments and campaigns.
• Capabilities:

    • Collections act as database tables that store organized data entries. Examples include:
      • HR Databases: Employees, teams, or department lists.
      • Asset Databases: Fixed assets, inventories, equipment.

• Purpose: Attach assessments or campaigns to specific collection items, enabling granular tracking and reporting.

  • Start Against Collection Items:
    • Users initiating a workspace assessment or launching a campaign can choose to link it to a particular collection item.
    • This ensures the response data is tied to the selected collection entry.
  • Collection-Level Responses:
    • Responses linked to collection items are tracked and analyzed at the collection item level, delivering insights such as:
      • Individual employee survey results.

Steps to Link Assessments or Campaigns to Collection Items:

1. When starting an assessment or campaign, assign the relevant collection item from the available database.
2. Proceed with the assessment or campaign. Responses will be automatically associated with the selected item.
