How to Activate Offline Access

Follow these simple steps to enable offline access and ensure you can use key modules without an internet connection:

Navigate to Your User Profile

  • Log into the application.
  • Click on your profile icon or name to access your user settings.

Access Offline Settings

  • Scroll to the Offline settings section within your profile.

Enable Offline Access

  • Check the box labeled Offline setting.
  • Once checked, the application will automatically start syncing data for the available offline modules:
    • Invitations
    • Workspace
    • Learning-center
    • Responses

Automatic Data Sync

  • You do not need to manually initiate a sync afterward.
  • The application manages the data synchronization seamlessly in the background.

Application Reload

  • Immediately after activating offline access, the app will reload automatically.
  • This reload ensures that all relevant data is properly synced for offline use.

Offline Mode Usage

  • If you are logged out, you must go online first to log back in before switching to offline mode.
  • Once activated, you can use the app offline for the modules listed above.

Check Your Online Status

  • At the top-right corner of the page, you will see a visual cue indicating your online status.
  • Note: This indicator is only visible when offline access has been activated.

Important Notes

  • Offline access allows you to work with certain modules without an internet connection.
  • Data synchronization is handled automatically; no manual action is required.
  • Ensure you are online initially to activate offline mode and to log in if needed.
